Goan Green Masala

This multipurpose versatile can be used in different meal preparation, from stuffing to making yummy curries. I personally use this masala for variety of Goan dishes – fish, chicken, beef or even vegetarian dishes. Here’s sharing with you my version of this green magic masala with a little extra zing.

πŸ‘‰πŸ» 3 cups – Coriander Leaves
πŸ‘‰πŸ» 2 cups – Mint leaves
πŸ‘‰πŸ» 2 – Garlic bulbs (peeled)
πŸ‘‰πŸ» 2” – Ginger
πŸ‘‰πŸ» 10 nos – Whole Green Chillies
πŸ‘‰πŸ» 1 tbsp – Cumin seeds
πŸ‘‰πŸ» 10 – Cloves
πŸ‘‰πŸ» 2” – Cinnamon stick
πŸ‘‰πŸ» 1 tbsp – Peppercorns
πŸ‘‰πŸ» 1 cup – Vinegar
πŸ‘‰πŸ» 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
πŸ‘‰πŸ» Salt to taste

πŸ‘‰πŸ» Combine all the above ingredients together in a blender / mixer and grind to a smooth paste.
πŸ‘‰πŸ» Fill this masala in a clean glass jar and store in a refrigerator.

PS: This masala can be used in for the preparation of red meats, chicken and fish or even vegetarian dishes.
