👉🏻 1 kg – Chicken thighs
👉🏻 2 tbsps – Ginger Garlic paste
👉🏻 6 tbsps – Green masala
👉🏻 1/2 – Lemon juice
👉🏻 A dollop of Butter
👉🏻 3 tbsps – Clarified Butter (Ghee)
👉🏻 Salt to taste
👉🏻 Wash, clean and cut the chicken thighs into 3 pieces.
👉🏻 Apply ginger garlic paste, green masala, squeeze half a lemon add salt to taste. Rub the chicken pieces well and let it marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
👉🏻 Next day, remove the marinate chicken from the refrigerator atleast 30 minutes before cooking.
👉🏻 Take a pan on a medium flame, add ghee.
👉🏻 Once hot, add the marinated chicken pieces.
👉🏻 Cover and cook for 20 minutes on low flame till the chicken is fully cooked. Donot forget to toss and turn the chicken pieces atleast twice in between.
👉🏻 Add Butter dollop of butter to the cooked chicken and serve hot with your favourite salad.
