Green Chicken Fry

Green Chicken Fry is a easy and delicious chicken recipe. Serve this as a starter on this own or along with your simple meal. I’ve made this using my Green Masala recipe which you can find on my blog.

Ingredients:
πŸ‘‰πŸ» 1 kg – Chicken thighs
πŸ‘‰πŸ» 2 tbsps – Ginger Garlic paste
πŸ‘‰πŸ» 6 tbsps – Green masala
πŸ‘‰πŸ» 1/2 – Lemon juice
πŸ‘‰πŸ» A dollop of Butter
πŸ‘‰πŸ» 3 tbsps – Clarified Butter (Ghee)
πŸ‘‰πŸ» Salt to taste

Preparation:
πŸ‘‰πŸ» Wash, clean and cut the chicken thighs into 3 pieces.
πŸ‘‰πŸ» Apply ginger garlic paste, green masala, squeeze half a lemon add salt to taste. Rub the chicken pieces well and let it marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
πŸ‘‰πŸ» Next day, remove the marinate chicken from the refrigerator atleast 30 minutes before cooking.
πŸ‘‰πŸ» Take a pan on a medium flame, add ghee.
πŸ‘‰πŸ» Once hot, add the marinated chicken pieces.
πŸ‘‰πŸ» Cover and cook for 20 minutes on low flame till the chicken is fully cooked. Donot forget to toss and turn the chicken pieces atleast twice in between.
πŸ‘‰πŸ» Add Butter dollop of butter to the cooked chicken and serve hot with your favourite salad.
