Hot & Spicy Prawns

Here’s a recipe for Hot & Spicy Prawns to give an extra oomph to your palate.

Ingredients:
πŸ‘‰πŸ» 500 gms – Fresh Prawns, medium sized
πŸ‘‰πŸ» 1 tbsp – Red Chilli flakes
πŸ‘‰πŸ» 1 – Sweet Red Pepper, finely chopped
πŸ‘‰πŸ» 1 tbsp – Red Chilli Powder
πŸ‘‰πŸ» 1 tbsp – Ginger – Garlic, finely chopped
πŸ‘‰πŸ» 1 tbsp – Cumin seeds
πŸ‘‰πŸ» 1/2 tbsp – Black Pepper Powder
πŸ‘‰πŸ» 3 tbsps – Olive Oil
πŸ‘‰πŸ» 2 tbsps – Salted Butter
πŸ‘‰πŸ» Salt to taste
πŸ‘‰πŸ» Few drops of Lemon juice

Preparation:
πŸ‘‰πŸ» Devein, clean and wash the prawns. Keep aside.
πŸ‘‰πŸ» On a medium flame, take a non-stick frying pan and pour the olive oil and add the butter.
πŸ‘‰πŸ» To this add the finely chopped ginger garlic and sautΓ© for a minute.
πŸ‘‰πŸ» Add the red chillie flakes and sweet red pepper and sautΓ© for a minute.
πŸ‘‰πŸ» Add the red chilli powder and black pepper powder. SautΓ© for 30 seconds.
πŸ‘‰πŸ» Time to add the prawns. Stir fry for 2 minutes.
πŸ‘‰πŸ» Season with salt and squeeze a few drops of lemon juice. Give a gentle stir.
πŸ‘‰πŸ» Cover and cook for 5 minutes, carefully turning the prawns once.
πŸ‘‰πŸ» Hot & Spicy Prawns are ready to be served.
