Ginger – Garlic – Chilli Paste

Ginger – Garlic – Chilli paste is one of the most basic essentials of Indian cooking. I always have a jar of this homemade paste in my refrigerator. As a working mother of two, these simple and useful techniques makes all the difference in my life. In this recipe, I’ve added a few more ingredients to bring out the authentic flavours in our home-cooking.

Ingredients:
👉🏻 150 gms – Garlic cloves, peeled
👉🏻 100 gms – Ginger, peeled and chopped
👉🏻 6 nos – Green Chillies
👉🏻 80 ml – Olive oil
👉🏻 Few coriander leaves
👉🏻 Salt to taste

Preparation:
👉🏻 Combine all the above ingredients together in a blender / mixer and grind to a fine paste.
👉🏻 Store this paste in a glass bottle and always use a dry spoon to scoop out a little whenever needed.
